Great fit if…

• You want commercial rights included, not sold separately. Paid plans bundle a licence covering up to 500,000 copies, which removes a step that some competing template sites require as a separate purchase.
• You're happy working entirely in a browser. Signing up takes a few minutes and you can start from a template immediately, with no software to install.

Skip it if…

• You need real design work done for free. The free plan gives a small one-time allotment of AI credits, a handful of projects and low-resolution exports only — enough to test the tool, not enough for ongoing use.
• You need offline access. There's no native desktop or offline app; Kittl runs entirely in the browser, so a stable internet connection is required to design, export or even open saved projects.

Where it falls short

• The free plan is a taste, not a workflow. A small one-time allotment of AI credits, a handful of projects, and low-resolution-only exports mean anyone doing more than casual experimentation needs to pay.
• No offline or desktop mode exists. Everything happens in-browser, so there's no way to keep working during a connectivity drop or to design without an internet connection at all.
• Meaningful AI usage requires a paid, token-limited plan. Even on Expert and Max, AI generation is capped at a daily token allowance rather than being unlimited, and those tokens simply aren't available at all on the free tier.
